The Mustang SVO Owners Network
The Mustang SVO Owners of Southern California -- we are an independent association serving the owners and enthusiasts of the Ford Mustang SVO, as well as other high-technology, turbocharged 2.3-liter Ford-powered products -- the Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, Mustang GT Turbo, and the Merkur XR4Ti. The Mustang SVO was developed by Ford's Special Vehicle Operations in the early 1980s, and the Mustang SVO was an icon of Ford's production of high-performance automobiles, and a renewed involvement in motorsports.
